Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Meadow application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Meadow.

Description of Service

Meadow is a personal tracking application designed to help individuals log GLP-1 medication doses, track injection sites, monitor body weight, and estimate pharmacokinetic medication levels. The App is a personal organizational tool intended for informational purposes only.

Meadow is not a medical device, healthcare service, clinical decision support system, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The pharmacokinetic estimates and calculations provided by the App are approximations based on published population parameters and may not reflect your individual physiology.

Medical Disclaimer

Nothing in the App or these Terms constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, adjusting, or stopping any medication, including GLP-1 receptor agonists. Do not use information from Meadow as the sole basis for any medical decision. In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

The App's pharmacokinetic level estimates are educational approximations only. Individual drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, and elimination vary significantly and cannot be fully captured by a population-based model. Actual blood concentration levels can only be determined through clinical measurement.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Meadow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Meadow is intended for personal use by individuals managing their own health information, not for use by healthcare providers in a clinical setting.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App. Meadow performs calculations based on the data you provide; incorrect inputs will produce incorrect outputs. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your iCloud account, which stores your Meadow data.

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Meadow may offer optional paid features or subscriptions through Apple's App Store. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not offer refunds for in-app purchases except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, algorithms, user interface design, and source code — are the exclusive property of the App's developer and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Meadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, personal injury, or any other loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
